Born out of love for the fine dining experience and the affection of a home cooked meal, Caleb and Claire, owner chefs of Delix Catering believe that one's closest friends and family deserve to experience beautifully intimate food that has been prepared with love Having met each other at Le Cordon Bleu Sydney in 2010, Caleb and Claire have since worked together in some of Sydney's award winning restaurants and bistros refined in French, Australian, and modern Asian cuisine. From many of the skills and techniques learned under the lead of some of Sydney's well known hatted chefs, they are able to bring a high level of sophistication and elegance to the table while also infusing the warmth and affection of a home cooked meal on your plate.
